PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS.

The purpose of this declaration is to inform users of the general Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy followed by CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. This Privacy Policy may vary according to legislative or self-regulatory requirements, so users are advised to visit it periodically. It shall be applicable in the event that users decide to fill in any form where personal data are collected, without prejudice to what is indicated in the “Privacy Clause” applicable to each specific form.

CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. is fully aware of the use and treatment that must be given to the personal data that may be required or that may be obtained from the users of its web pages in order to manage the services offered or to send them commercial communications of products or services that may be of interest to them.

4. USE OF COOKIES. CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. Web uses cookies. The cookie is a small text file that the web site server places on the hard disk of the user’s computer to collect statistical data about the user’s browsing on the site and to allow the display of advertising content. 8. USER’S RIGHTS. Users have recognized and may exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition, by writing to the addresses indicated in each case or to the addresses indicated in point 1, identifying themselves and specifying their request, and providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document. 9. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS. CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L, by virtue of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, shall under no circumstances send advertising and communications for sales or other commercial purposes to users without their prior request or consent. Likewise, they shall not send unsolicited or previously consented messages nor shall they send chains of unsolicited or previously consented electronic messages.

10. REMOVAL OF COMMUNICATIONS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. informs users that, if they have requested to receive commercial messages or alerts in electronic format, they may unsubscribe from this type of communications by following the instructions indicated in each case or by contacting us at: cisarbcn@cisar.es.
