How does our SVG work?

1. Detection of leading or lagging power factor

Continuously monitors the power grid to detect if the power factor is lagging (excess inductive) or leading (excess capacitive).

2. Instant compensation

Once the compensation need has been identified, it injects or absorbs reactive current according to the needs required by the installation.

3. Power factor improvement

By compensating for reactive power, SVG improves the system power factor, reducing electrical losses and optimizing system efficiency.

4. Phase balancing

SVG detects and corrects current imbalance between phases, evenly distributing current across each phase to prevent overloads and improve electrical system efficiency.

5. Continuous monitoring

Once the entire process is complete, the SVG continues to monitor the network to dynamically adjust the compensation.
