LEGAL NOTICE – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE.

1. IDENTIFICATION DATA. In compliance with the duty of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following data are provided by: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. 2. USERS: The access and/or use of the CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. Sites attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein reflected. The aforementioned conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be of mandatory compliance.

3. USE OF THE SITE: the CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. website provides access to a multitude of information, services, tools, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L., and to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes the responsibility for the use of the Site.

This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents. In such registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of it.

4. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. offers through its Site and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them for:

engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in apology of terrorism or in violation of human rights;
to cause damages to the physical and logical systems of CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L., of its suppliers or of third parties, to introduce or spread in the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may be susceptible to cause the aforementioned damages;
attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate against youth or childhood, public order or safety or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L shall not be held responsible for the opinions expressed by the users through the forums, chats or other tools.

5. DATA PROTECTION: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the USER’s personal data. To this end, together with each form for the collection of personal data, in the services that the USER may request from CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L, it shall inform the USER of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of his/her data in each case, informing him/her of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the processing and the communication of data to third parties, as the case may be. CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. also informs that it complies with the Law 34/2002 of July 11th, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and shall request your consent to the processing of your e-mail for commercial purposes at all times.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may be caused by, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, in spite of having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

7. MODIFICATIONS: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate to its Site without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the Site and the way in which they are presented or located on the Site.

8. USE OF COOKIES: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the USER’s browsing of its Site as much as possible. The cookies are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide references that allow the USER’s personal data to be deduced. 10. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its Site and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

11. GENERAL: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L. shall denounce any breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its Site, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

12. MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION: CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L may modify at any time the conditions determined herein, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions shall depend on their exposure and they shall be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: The relationship between CONDENSADORES INDUSTRIALES, S.L and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
