The active filters of the FA series are state-of-the-art equipment based on the most innovative power electronics. Its functions include the elimination of harmonics, dynamic compensation of reactive energy, phase balancing and transient compensation. These functions ultimately result in the improvement of the electrical quality of the installation.

Its operation is based on pulse width modulation at high speeds (20 kHz) with a triple level NPC topology circuit with 12 IGBTs providing the highest speed, efficiency and reliability on the market. This allows for the counter-phase injection of the consumed harmonic and thus its elimination in less than 50 microseconds. The same principle is applied for reactive power compensation and phase balancing, with the possibility of selecting up to 12 different working and filtering modes depending on the power consumption.
